This has probably been answered but i cant be bothered reading six pages...

I want to test level in the editor yet it wont happen
is there a file that needs to be renamed, or something that im missing...
can anyone help?

also, if you install Looki's KSLE mod, then KSA, it will work properly.

simply re-name "KSAdvanced.exe" to "Knytt Stories.exe, or whatever the original is called. The reason you can't do it at the moment is the editor is looking for a file called "Knytt Stories.exe, which dosn't exist (i'm guessing) C)p

I was guessing about the editor looking for Knytt Stories.exe. Personally, I run KSA and I had to do the first bit, but I didn't know why, It just worked. Well, you learn something new everyday, I 'spose  XD

kslc or looki's mod?
not sure about kslc, but looki's mod looks in Worlds\EditorSettings.temp for gamepath or similar. ksa has this file with ksa default name (KSAdvanced.exe). so, to use looki's mod with ksa, install ksa second to overwrite the file with ksa data.

Okay, I'm a little confused about something. Do you have to actually create your own objects? Because when I looked in the editor, I couldn't find any of the features mentione (even in the custom objects section).

Hey, can anyone tell me whether all the features mentioned on the top post of this thread are already implemented, or are they just planned features?  How close is this to being done?  Is it buggy at all?

Because the custom objects bank didn't come with the first version of KS and is rather unorthodox. This inspired Blox to put the KSA back in the back.
