Question: Can we post actions specific to others actions? e.g. I make someone fail miserably at what they are doing.

Yes, you can do actions specific to other's actions. Keep in mind, however, if that person's action fails, your action is obsoleted.

Dataflashsabot: 2 You balance a rock on a stick, then wrap a vine around it. Nothing happens.

Technogeek: 6 You run over to Firecat, grab his weapons, and jump in the air in triumph, accidentally dropping a rock on your foot.
NESgamer190: 1 You trip on your foot, go rolling into the wall, and hit yourself with a rock. You are now unconscious.
Firecat: 6 You pick up the rock Technogeek dropped and chuck it at his head as hard as you possibly can. You feel that your shoulder has come out of it's socket, but Technogeek is now dead.
Limelemon: 3 You manage to float a few centimeters off the ground.
Purple Pineapple: n/a Razzorman did not transform into a lizard, so your action is obsoleted.
Igiari: 4 A gigantic form rises out of the lake and prepares to kill everyone. But...
     Dynamite: 6 You grab all the rocks on the ground and hurl them with all your might. They hit Bahamut's eyes, but rock's can't kill very large fish.

Roll to dodge Bahamut's wave Because Bahamut is blinded, rolls will only go from 6-2.

Bumperpower64: 3 You jump up just in time to escape drowning.
Dataflashsabot: 6 You somersault over the wave and onto a storage ledge.
Razzorman: 2 You are pulled underwater as the wave crashes through the barn. You're losing oxygen, fast!
