I got this score on my first try.
All you need to do is to swing the tree back and forth, and it will catch every pixel on the screen. There is no skill involved at all. 9_9

I got to 34,294 pixels before my mouse got stuck on one of the buttons to the side.

It's all based on luck, how fast you hand can move back and forth and how good your framerate is. Also...
