the Quote game

This is a very simple forum game. One person picks a quote, and the rest have to guess where it is from and who said it.
I'd recommend that you don't use too famous quotes like "All your base are belong to us" and "It's a me!".
The quote can be from anywhere, as long as it isn't too unknown, like something your friend said yesterday.
If no new quote is given in 2 days, anyone can make a new one

I'll start with:

"I may be drunk, Miss, but in the morning I will be sober and you will still be ugly."

I only want the persons name for this one.

That one is from Winston Churchill, I think.
And by the way, the kid in the Simpsons is called Bart.
