I think I know who you're talking about... his video's are hilarious... he literally goes insane playing the game... then, after beating the last boss...

Well I  managed to get to the 2nd boss...haven't beaten it so far (not that I devoted much time to do so).

Which "second boss"? You can go in four directions, facing the bosses virtually in any order.

I beat Mike Tyson and the Mecha-Bird. I am currently trying to get past some screens in order to confront Dracula. Die, monster! You don't belong in this world!  XD

So far it's not that lunatically hard. It just needs a lot of coordination and trial-and-error.

If you beat I Wanna Be The Guy, you should try the fan-made games, I Wanna Be the Fan and I Wanna Be The Tribute. They're not as long, but they're still difficult (maybe even harder then the original game. :D)
