Not true. The rythm is the same.

Remember that hard mode doubles your points. (Which still dosn't justify those scores. :P)
You probably were just lucky on the first one. :P

I think hard mode is a bit easier. There is no melody in hard mode, which makes it a lot easier to concentrate on the drums.

I actually agree that hard mode is easier, for some reason.

It definitely is easier in hard, plus the drumbeats are exactly the same (i think).

This depends. Musical people will most likely find the Hard mode easiest, since it's more rhythmic. However, when I watched less musical people play the Hard mode, they could not tell the two "main" drum sounds apart from all the other rhythmic stuff, some people just don't have that skill. Those players will find the Easy mode a lot easier, since the sounds you should listen to stands out a lot more in that version and can't be confused with other sounds.

In fact, I've seen a lot of people not being able to play back the "S" drum at all, in neither of the modes, despite that they watched me play the game before. They mysteriously could not make out that sound from the rest.

It was made in the 28 hour competition at No More Sweden (if you think about it, there's no way to do something like this in an hour, the work includes the music too). It was never meant to have any other mode than the "Hard", but as I saw that people couldn't tell the main drums apart from all the others, I created an "Easy" mode where there's less sounds to confuse people who can't hear specific sounds when many are playing.

From my observations when watching people play the game, I made the right choice. I already explained the whole deal about the "Hard" mode anyway, so I find it weird that someone still says that the game needs something to justify it. Don't you believe my explanation?
