Three tribes can be choosen to play with; the Romans, Gauls or Teutons, each their own speciality; Building, defending or attacking. When the winners have gained their victory, the board is whiped clean and you'll start over.

I've seen heaps of advertisements/pop-ups in the internet for this game 
My brother used to play it and even though it was 2D, it still looked fun!

Hmm haven't experienced the heaps of advertisement, but indeed it looks spiffy .

Tried to play this game twice before.

It suffers from the same problem that most of these browser games suffer from: you have to know EXACTLY what you're doing if you want to last longer than a week, which is pretty much impossible for the casual player.

I played it a while back ago and I didnt like it.

Well, I played it and everything went fine. I had 15 Villages and was a big dude you know but it was... boring after the thrid village. Maybe some blood and gore animation would fix this problem =D

This game breaks the rules. It's not completely free, you can buy premium account and stuff.
