so is the Niffboard still public or is it now private?
if it is private you said go on the IRC and try to request to get invited...well IRC has been mean to me  and wont run ...so is there another way?

Well the original post rather clearly states that it's private. Which means that you have to get invited. Which means that the chat would really be the most practical way to get to that.
If you have problems with IRC, go check the [faq] on that matter.
