It's been almost a year since I first posted the level by now, but I don't want the twist to be spoiled for future generations, so I've edited the description out. Just infer what you can from the title.

Aha! The voidscreen exit at the top of x1004y999 has successfully distracted you from the glaring SGEs bordering x1002y1000 and x1003y1000. My nefarious scheme is coming along perfectly.
