Where's the image from? I Googled "funny-hatted power rangers", but got no results.

You postet on ca. 19:30 and on your screen it's ca. 13:30, that means you're in the timezone GMT-8.
That means you're either living in the west of Canada, Wahsington, Nevada, Oregon or California.

Uhm, wouldn't it be GMT-6?

Also: you can see users' local times in their profile, if they've set it.

That only applies if he took the screenshot just before he posted. If it was old, there is no way to tell where he is.
