Can you please put more words in your post than just this? I really don't understand what you're trying to say here.

He linked to a video that shows how you can reach the lowest possible score on WaDF secret game Pop. Sort of an anti-achievement. X)

I thought the balloons' point values were somewhat random.

If they aren't, the order they're in is.

If I don't remember wrong, I think I locked the number of points a balloon gives to it's movement speed.

Oh... oooooooohhhhh. I see. But the speeds are random?

If there is a fixed set of balloons, to ensure a maximum possible high or low score, then the order these balloons come in must be random, or every play of the game would be identical. (There probably isn't a fixed set of balloons, but maybe a fixed point value that's distributed among a certain number of balloons.)
good bye

Even if it is random, the randomness needs to have some sort of a cap.  So there has to be a maximum score.  Even if there is a 1/1000000000000000000000000000000 chance of actually being able to get that maximum score, it's still there.

And if the point value is fixed then there IS a maximum score and it IS humanly possible SO GO GET IT RIGHT NOW.

That'd require getting every single balloon that shows up on screen, except the black skull balloons. That wouldn't be humanly possible. 9_9

The ballons all originate from the same spot. See for yourself. They might, however, have different directions and speeds.

Yes. I was avoiding that small detail.
