First, it's way too short. I know you can make your own stuff, but still. Way way too short.
Even the original Super Mario Bros. had four stages for each world.

This is because we (I?) didn't think that the "twist" in the game would last long enough that the player would be bothered to play more. This is an experiment, after all. I guess such a gimmick gets old quite fast.

Second, the levels should have more coins-to-get. Why would you go through these levels and only get 1-digit amounts of coins? When I played Super Mario Bros., I'd get as many coins as possible.

Oh man if it was set up so that the player could play forwards, to set up the correct number of dead Goombas and coin counter, and then the player had to play backwards (like it is now) and uncollect/unkill exactly like they did from the start of the game, then number of coins/kill count could be a meaningful high score thing. (If that's even possible. 9_9)
good bye

I like it how you get to view your play when you finished the game. I do get the feeling that I sucked alot, but then a few very neat movements are made inbetween XD

It's a fantastic concept, but just about too hard for me, I just got frustrated with the last level and gave up. Very cool though, and a genius idea.

I've toyed around with that... got the play to show him jumping up and down for about... 15 minutes or so (as my name implies I was bored). That was very unusual...

No. They have been recreated. The similarities are coincidences.

I think you couldn't find a mario game with such bad graphics. Sorry, I rushed them a bit.
