[Challenge/Scenic] {KS+} Tales for the End (Tentative Title)

I am now working on an indirect sequel to Cosmic Meltdown.  It will feature several characters, many worlds to explore, and a truly deep and enriching story.  I am pouring all of my heart and soul into this, because I feel this is the best way to tell this tale.  Please bear with me, as this level may take a long time to complete.

Here is a percentage counter, to let you all know how close this is to completion.

Pre-Production/Storyboarding:  20%
Script:  2%
Visual-Audio content:  0.25%
Level Map:  0.05%
Testing:  0%

This level will most likely end up being the largest by far in terms of filesize of any KS level ever made, so naturally I will not be using knyttlevels.com.  Needless to say, while it is not required, a complete playthrough of Cosmic Meltdown will greatly benefit anyone who intends to play this upcoming level.

Very cool.  I liked Cosmic Meltdown, although I finally gave up getting the alt endings.  Too hard for someone with too little time.  :D

Just a quick update here.  I've decided to take my story and art-style in a bit of a different direction, though not so much so that my entire plans were up-heaven.

First, though, I'd like you to meet the main character of this story:



That tiny little alien sprite is named Phi (pronounced like 'Oh fie!') and you will be controlling him through the main part of the game, as he bounces from world to world.  Additionally, there will be many other characters to play as, but Phi will be your grounding character.

How does this alien character relate to Cosmic Meltdown?  Whelp, you'll just have to see in time.  :P
