This level is about medium size and presents challenges at a few parts.  This is the first of (hopefully) many to come that are based on the same subject.

Feel free to use the tileset but be weary because it isn't very organized.

Not a bad level. The graphics were simple but effective. Could have used a better ending than "You win", but otherwise no complaints.

Whoops, sorry about the ending.  Here is the real one which I guess I forgot to add to the finished level.

Great job on your first level! I enjoyed it. It's a calming, relaxing little hide-and-seek challenge that was fun and rewarding.

This is definitely [Scenic/Normal/Medium]. You can't call this environmental because it has enemies. You could EASILY make this environmental, which I might recommend, since all of the difficulty/cleverness comes from the hunt, and it is a very aesthetically pleasing level otherwise. If you decide to go that route, you would need to take out the enemies and add in a -touch- bit more ambiance in terms of scenic detail.

Gave you a :hiddenstar: for making a level I would play again.  :)

Spoiler: (click to show/hide)

I thought the difficulty was really good; the monsters added a touch of cleverness without disrupting from the environment. I especially liked the two flyers in the vertical shaft.
For me, I found the red and yellow keys to be a bit obscure, but then I don't have a lot of patience for secret-hunting, so that's a matter of personal taste. I liked the scenery, and I liked that there was the second, darker shade of the forest, too; added some nice contrast.
If I have one issue to get stuck up on, then I it's that I felt that there could have been more than one music track; with the amount of trekking around and backtracking, it'd be nice to have more than just the one song to listen to.

But, overall, a good level, and a really good example of how a first level should be done.

I think, that tileset you used is one of the most beautiful ones I've seen in KS. I had some troubles with finding a yellow key, and you can reach void just above it.
Are you going to make more levels like this ?

Hopefully along with the story will come more levels about finding ancient treasure.  I already have sort of an idea for the next tileset and level.

I played a little of this level over on youtube, and I gotta say, it's a little confusing to figure out where to go. But otherwise, it's a pretty ****ing beautiful level.
