I'll pick the remaining one: I have three granola bars on my desk.

LP is correct. I actually have a box of granola bars on my desk. So, much more than 3.
Things to remember when writing figures of speech and sound:
The power of poetry comes from the ability to defy logic. Defy logic often.

Use a metaphor and tell us that your lover is the sky. Tell us that your lover is the sky. When you do that, we won't believe you. We won't believe you because saying so makes no sense, but we'll see a meaning. We'll see a meaning.

The other thing is the ability to be remembered. Love anything.

Love anything

Guessing that the lie is about snooker.  How can you not like watching that?

Nice!  In that case....

1.  I'm hungry.
2.  I'm sick.
3.  I'm tired.

Given that you posted a reply at 4 am, and now 12 hours later another one, I'm going to make an educated guess and say that you're sick. Being sick often means being tired and not hungry.

So I'm guessing the lie is: "I'm hungry"

I'll pick the sentence number 2.

This one's the right answer!  I had just woken up at a time I wasn't used to, so I was having trouble adjusting, and I was hungry because I'd just woken up!

Oh...I didn't expect that!

1. I've never been to church.
2. I've never been to England.
3. I've never been to a concert.

You're right. Although I love old churches, castles, cathedrals and such, much to my disappointment I've been to church only once in my life :(.

I am very shortsighted. When I was about twenty I went scuba-diving in the Red Sea. I didn't have my glasses with me and when I came out of the water I couldn't remember where my family had placed itself on the beach. I was wandering up and down the beach for half an hour, getting into more and more of a panic, until I finally found them.

The only time I have genuinely screamed with fear was because of a cat; I was leaning down to look into a tiny, dark cave and it suddenly came scittering out straight at my face, more scared of my than I was of it.

I am fascinated with caves; I loved going down show caves and old mines when I was younger and a couple of years ago I got to go on an amateur caving session in Cheddar Gorge; it was exhausting but really awesome!
