Let's try decode Figure language (Spoilers)

Below is the list of all rooms of figure spaces. I hope I got them right, I didn't double check. These writings must have a meaning, I'm expecting something in the spirit of KG's levels. The decoded language may be English or Swedish.

The names do indeed have some kind of... I don't even know how to put it. I'll be really impressed if someone figures it out.

I'm a bit too thick for this da-vinci-code-style tomfoolery, but one thing I've noticed is that certain words follow a bit too closely the spelling and phonetics of my language (Hungarian), with only minor changes that make them sound more English-like (eg: Ba Gepehasy). Maybe the others are like that too, from other languages. Which coincides with DJ Gopher's idea above: they're likely not English, or got imported in some way. People's names distorted, maybe?

Forgot to post this.
I continued my failed work with simple algorithms a bit, this time with Ruhele.
First is setting R equal to every letter and the sequence that follows.
Second is displacement by near-by keys.
A third idea I had was to plug these into that type game nifflas made a while ago, but I never got around to it.

As you can see, they both failed.
No simple letter-swap algorithm exists. (English)
Displacing with near-by letters isn't complete, though things get confusing when you go vertical instead of horizontal. It would seem this is also incorrect.

I'll try more complex algorithms soon :P

Did you use the App "Figure" by Propellerhead in order to create these tracks? And if it is the case, do the names of the tracks have any link with the one the app imposes :) ?
