I'm really looking forward to seeing Dora and Cilia's stories mature.  I may have reached the end of Cilia's story, but I'd be surprised if I had.

As for Dora... well, I haven't seen as much of her plot, but

 On the other hand, there's definitely more to the story.

If you're committed to seeing every room on the map, I believe you'll reach a satisfying resolution to their stories.

Indeed, and I can recommend to play the game again, and choose the other fairy to give the responses. You'll get a better view of the other fairy this way.

Ah. I think a quest was added after that which explained it a little bit better.

As for what Changed Dora, there is a quest that when you do it, will explain how she became the opposite of Cilia. Not going to spoil it as if you are looking to see all the rooms, you'll have to go through the quest.
