Too early to post spoilers?
« on: December 25, 2012, 00:04:16 »
Knytt Underground is a fantastic game, and one that I'm utterly devouring.  Although there are one or two things I now have questions about, they're fairly far into the game and I'm hesitant to even ask a question that might be a spoiler for someone.  Similarly, I could probably give a few tips about the game that might tip its hand a little bit for some.

Thus, I'd like to ask permission first: is it too early to post potential spoilers?  I'm not so desperate to know that I can't hold back, heh.  Also, are there any spoiler tags or etiquette to be aware of?

Thanks, also, for all the great games.  :)

It's fine :) You can always mark the topic as [ Spoiler ]. It's always nice to see people's thoughts on the game's story and gameplay, and the secrets are designed with it in mind that people should tell each other about their findings.

And of course

So if you have your topic, put whatever question in a spoiler and give the title a certain description that will tell a player if they've seen the place or not, knowing that they could safely open the spoiler or not. For example, "only open if you've finished the game" or "question about chapter 2" (so people who are playing chapter 2 will not open it).
