:D

I would be eagerly awaiting this, but I don't have a Wii. Which bothers me because I really want Cave Story and La-Mulana for Wii as well as PC. The games are fun to see in their evolved forms, so you can enjoy it in a new way while you nostalgia over the old games. (Yes, nostalgia is a verb according to the Internet.)

Oh. And NightSky. I want that too.

^ Moreover, we get to listen to some more of the remixed music (at least I think some parts are new).

By the way, is it fair to talk about the WiiWare version here, in the 'Other Free Games' forum? I've got nothing against it, just saying.

The undead core is completely sick. The author has no idea what consistant difficulty means. >(

Did it. Without the endless dialogs it could have been ok. <_<
I found sometimes the same dialog can be skipped quickly, like Sue's letter, and sometimes it not. Does anybody know what it depends on?

Whut? Difficulty curve, anyone?

Cave story.
But seriously, you thought the game was bad? That's a first. :P2

@GreyFace: I believe the dialogues on any given play session run slowly the first time you read them, then speed up if you die and try again. Also, the undead core is really mean. It wasn't as bad as Monster X, but on a 3 hp run without snake... Well, suffice it to say I haven't beaten it under said conditions yet.

As I said, the Undead thing would be ok if half the time wasn't spent on stupid dialogs.
It's not a difficulty curve, it's difficulty broken line. The difficulty curve mustn't grow by 10 or more times at the very end (Sacred Grounds).

Cave story.
But seriously, you thought the game was bad? That's a first. :P2
No, only the ending. Now I'm in Sacred Grounds and the one who made it was clearly out of his mind.
Spoiler: (click to show/hide)
, no way to restore health before Sacred Grounds, meaning your game's over if you lost much on the way to the house and saved.

Yes, it appears so. But Restart resets that.
