It does have a game element in it, but its kind of similar to "have you ever... " game. And I think the have you ever... is better because there's just a yes/no question. With this kind of open questions, you can't really create a conversation, which is the flaw for this game when some really good questions pop up, and you want to know more. For instance, I could put my thoughts on for dubstep and then you are like: oh wow, but how about... and you can't because I already put a completely new question in. Say that you answer my question to ask a second follow up question, and someone else wants to answer... See the dillemma?
Sorry, its a good idea, but it just doesn't work as a forum game, and the one that does work, we already have it.
