Stuck in Si - Revelation

Hi. I can't get the high jump powerup (in Vats). I only have Run and Umbrella and 3 keys and can't do the jump from x1030y1023. I can't progress without it either.

You have to get to the platform above you. Just look around a little and you will find how to get up there. Then you can umbrella jump to the platform with the high jump on it
