I've just replayed Riku Island, for maybe the fourth time or so, and I'm pretty sure now that it really is my favourite level. There are quite a few that come close to it in my affections, but none that sends me into quite the same kind of quiet bliss. I enjoy everything about that level -
Spoiler: (click to show/hide)
- It's simply wonderful.

Eh, I also replayed Riku Island just recently and with the same feeling - somehow I like it even more than before. Makes me miss Myst dearly, wish I could play that on my machine...

Oh, yeah, Myst... This reminds me, I never finished the latest part of that series... hmm, I wonder if it works on my current computer...

But, back to Riku Island: Riku Island really makes me feel sorry I can't use blue skies in Falling Water. Grey, rainy weather also has its beauty, of course, but I really enjoy screens with skies in various shades of blue and green vegetation... Oh, and I also really like the sun ray effect in KS, but that, too, is something I can't use in KS, because my world's concept doesn't allow it. :-(

Okay, I've already posted my absolutely favourite level, but I've also posted some favouriteS (plural), and I figure it's useful to have a thread in which people list stuff they like a lot, right? So, recently I've played and loved:

Evangelos: Dungeon
Grimwit: Underground
Headgrinder: Well of White Waters
the Jack: Which Way Out?
Jigganis: The Seashell

I liked Carn's trilogy a lot: The End of Paradise, Escape from Pain, Journey Through Bliss. Especially the latter, of course.

KG's Too Much Soda is great due to the game inside it.

I would LOVE Carn's Trilogy, if it wern't so stinking hard!

<_<  So...uh...Favorite levels, huh?

I don't know about Favorite, but here are the one's a replay alot.

#5.Yggdrasil, by Fegon
#4.The Great Race, by B-Man
#3.Organic, by Salmoneous
#2.On the Tree Top, by Comhon
#1.A Walk at Night, by Quincent Cartographer

A walk at Night is, like, my all time favorite.  It's the one I keep going back to and holding down the 'a' key when I walk through it.  It's just pleasant to walk through and enjoy the atmosphere.  Bonus points if you find the great tree thing.

Other levels I play alot.
Gaia, by Drakkan
Under the Crack, by Dessgeega
Castle, by Dessgeega
The Forever Rain, by the Drowning Darkness
Don't Eat the Mushroom, by Uncle Sporky
Forever working on a Level called Sarah.

I agree very much to this! Hi, btw, first time poster on the forum  X-P

Im just wondering. Can anyone recommend some easy, well-done, atmospheric, exploring levels? You know, like Gaia? I simply love those kinds of levels and hope to get to play more of them!

Great thread by the way. I've played through some of the mentioned levels, especially those that have been said multiple times.
<3 Knytt stories, so much variety, atmosphere, great music, i should probably stop talking now  :^^:

Here are some more levels I liked a lot:
egomassive - A Knytt In Time
Drakkan - Frozen Mountain 2
gedzior84 - Vince Issue
Vegetal Gibber - The Legend of the White Elephant

Cloudy Deity, I'd recommend LoCP version of A Knytt In Time, levels from LoCP thread, Imaddo levels.

Welcome! If you haven't, look for environmental levels in the Releases board, because all I play are challenges. :P Maybeeee..... Don't eat the mushroom? That was, in a weird way environmental, it just had a few obnoxious jumps. Not to mention awesome music!

Some belong to strangers and some to folks you know,
Holy ghosts and talk show hosts are planted in the sand,
To beautify the foothills and shake the many hands.

- Orion: A Walk to the Market (was that the title? I got stuck and haven't tried finishing it in a while. Or rather, I think I finished it, but only got the not-so-good ending or something? I don't remember...)

Oh, that one. That used to be my favourite level back when I had just started playing KS.
Nowadays, my favourite is probably one of Imaddo's levels, though which one is kinda hard to say. Other good levels:

-The Room Ov Death (Or what was it again?) by Klämrisk. Best simplistic level ever.
-Marine, by Jerome. It's just so big, and so well made challenging...
-Shipwrecked, by Egomassive. The storytelling rivals, or even outmatches Farik's Harvest.
Just really awesome, awesome custom music too.
