A Strange Dream HELP

Stupid question, I know, but where on Earth do you find the decoy device? It seems I've searched the entire level about two and a half times now.

It's up in the clouds, on top of the highest building in the land of the fairies. It's indeed easy to miss.

If you are on the brown land, next to the mushroom land, jump down with umbrella. There are the clouds.

Thanks, I found it. Also, does anyone know where to find the yellow and blue keys? I've been searching endlessly for them as well.

(T he only reason I can't find half these things is because I have so little time to play the game =P )

I think, that the yellow key is in the pink Japan landscape, on the left.

There is a white-grey building, next to the mushrooms (there are walking shadows, tables...).
I think in the first room, there are "chimneys" to upper rooms. You will go up, than walk left; there are shooting fires, and there may be the blue key.

(or conversely)

I thought the yellow key was also in the sky?
Not sure though.
