Namely , , and are all wrong. In the emoticon code for ;) the left eye is closed and the right one is open. In , it's the other way around. In both :/ and :S the left side of the mouth is closer to the left eye than the right side is to the right eye. This is not the case in and , where they are closer on the right. Furthermore, has an additional furrow in the mouth as compared to it's raw text counterpart.

"wrong" is relative to the viewer.
it is not written anwhere that an emoticon has to be the exact graphical representation of the punctuation code that is used to convey a facial expression. to adjust the images towards the punctuation instead of the initially attempted-to-achieve mimics would be rather backwards anyways.
