Hmm... it appears you forgot to include your custom tileset and gradient in the ZIP file. All I can see are plain blue blocks. Also, why didn't you use the "Compress" function of the KS level editor instead of zipping the files manually?

Yeah, it looks much better now :D  Not bad for your first try. Yours is the first icy themed level I have played... I like the atmosphere. The graphics could use a bit more work, though. The level doesn't look bad, but it would look a lot better if you added more detail (backgrounds, more shades of ice blocks...).

Speaking about backgrounds... that gradient doesn't match the background color of the tileset. Not sure if this is what you intended, but it looks weird.

Also...

Oh, and here's a list of screens that should be filled in order to prevent "void" screens while playing:

Anyway, congratulations on finishing and releasing your first level :)

Don't worry about it too much, I'm just a critical person. I tend to point out every little mistake I see so the author has a chance to fix them and improve his/her work. Sorry if it sounded like I was nagging about your level :P

BTW, you shouldn't attach a ZIP file with your level on a post. It's against the rules of this forum. Please remove it and follow these steps instead:

* Start the KS Level Editor and open your level.

* Use the "Compress" option on the "Level" menu. This will pack your level (and every custom tileset/gradient you used on it) into a .knytt.bin file.

* Upload that file to knyttlevels.com or any other file upload service (mediafire is fine).

I'll give the new version a try later :)

This was very nice for a first - people rarely use custom graphics in their first levels! Wouldn't label this "easy", more like "normal" for one or two challenges. Enjoyed it overall, but yeah, the technical problems were a bit too much. Do use the compress option in the future, and don't make animations using awkward shifts - custom objects are the way to go!

Hoping to see more levels from you in the future :)

It is very good. I know, that first serious levels are very difficult.
I have one question: that blue formations, around icicles, at the bottom of the ice "islands", they are intended?

Gotta love Snorlax. :P Great first level. Never expected custom 'animations'!
