I can't say I really like the mosaicy feel of the first one, but other than that they're awesome!

I'd be interested in the kind of landscapes you could make with these

Anyways, how do you make these backgrounds? Do you hand-draw them?

The   screen looks like a underground cave/machinery full of wires and stuff

Also, if you look closely, some parts looks like abruptly cutted.
