Knytt Nano character

Woof.  This one's probably not going to happen, but I'mma try anyway.

Is there any posibility of changing the playable character in Knytt Stories from Juni to that hat wearing girl from Knytt Nano?

Nope. I think there are mods of KS that allow this, but I'm not sure.
If you plan to use such a mod... mind that every person that wants to play your level has to play it with the mod as well. They can't play it in the normal game.

not if everything including hitboxes are carried over to the mod's character change option (maybe use an invisible juni (or juni's hitbox, if it's not juni herself; I've never really looked at the source) to do all the calculations and just paste the knytt nano thing over that), and the level doesn't use any other fancy features from the mod, in which case behavior should be identical

......Of course, but that's just stupid, because the experience and the whole point is lost.
