I have no idea how to control alt delete on a mac.

I googled it but It didnt help

Check your keymapping settings (if you have any)
i think Command+Option+Delete should work

I'm pretty sure VMWare had an option for sending a Ctrl+Alt+Del keystroke to the virtual machine. Check under the "Virtual Machine" menu.
