Release date?

It seems forum pruning is active, since I can't find any mention of the release dat of Knytt Stories. Anyone know the exact or approximate date/timeframe that it was released on? The very first official release, preferably the date it was featured on Clickteam's website.

If my memory is not tricking me, it was on August the first, 2007. That was the official date, but it ended up being released a few days before that. You better double check this, though.

and the archives show that the link was posted August 28 2007, but dont know
if it had been released before this

Then it was probably not August the first, but SEPTEMBER the first. =P

Hmm, well looks like I am at a loss here. I can't find any webarchives with Clickteam's site during that time period.

I'm bored.... so I'm gonna release Knytt Stories in 10 minutes

Releasing it now would even out the traffic a bit, compared to if everyone will go and get it on the planned date...

I've decided to work toward being able to release Knytt Stories by August 30, which is indeed by the end of the summer as planned.

The chance that I'll release it earlier than August 30 is really small, even if I have it done before, mostly because of things related to my plans of starting a small business. In that case, I'll spend the last few weeks to test the game and add more levels to it...
