After trying to use his porkamancing abilities, Joseph realizes that his meat intake has been a bit low lately, and as of now, his powers are useless. Therefore, he 2: orders a pizza with extra sausages.

Still no update...? C'mon, Yuka, we're aching for some exciting elevator action! SF even made that cool game pause menu and all.

Sorry I didn't update in so long, I was busy trying to think up a good insult for Mochaalatte.

Anyway.

The elevator console makes a *ding-ding* sound again, but this time, it's louder and clearer. The display screen lights up, showing a spinning MechaTec logo. The elevator is active again!

Vegetal tells the people in the shaft to get their a$$e$ inside. Let's just hope they listen to him.

The guy from 5th floor goes back into the cabin, and is quickly mesmerized by the amazing patterns. Let's just hope MechaTec didn't actually want to do this with their tiles.

Pumpkin does the same thing as Vegetal. Why should I write two different responses for the same action?

Joseph calls Papa John's Pizzeria and orders an extra-large pizza with sausages. When asked where to deliver it, he simply responds "Northbridge Tower."

Now that the elevator is active again, there's not much to do expect pick which floor to go to:

(1) 500th Floor: Observation Room & Lounge.
(2) 400th Floor: Executive Offices.
(3) 300th Floor: Labs.
(4) 200th Floor: Offices. (really just a cubicle farm).
(5) 100th Floor: Employee Relaxation Area.
(6) 1st Floor: Lobby.

Obviously, we can't have everyone going to different floors. This is kind of like a vote: tell me what floor you'd like to go to, and when more or less every player has voted, we'll go to the floor with most votes.

1 The 500th floor. I want to know what city this damned elevator was in the whole time...
Many a hand has scaled the grand old face of the plateau,
Some belong to strangers and some to folks you know,
Holy ghosts and talk show hosts are planted in the sand,
To beautify the foothills and shake the many hands.

So the elevator wasn't really broken? It was just disabled? The plot thickens!

Anyway, Vegetal proposes the following plan of action: first we go to the 100th floor (Relaxation Area). Gotta wait there for the pizza delivery! (also Matt, who should be on his way to that floor). Then we go to the cubicle farm and get our set of office weapons. Finally, we pay a visit to the executive offices and demand an explanation... and if we don't get one, we'll just let the good ol' berserker's rage take over and do its magic. Those zorka$$e$ executives are gonna pay for locking us in that elevator (also for all the unpaid overtime).

So... a vote for 100th floor here (5).

Uh, I realize this is extremely rude, but:

DO. NOT. TOUCH. MY. GAME.

I'd be more than happy to work with you on the next chapter, but if I'm the game host, I think it's my call to decide when chapters end or begin, no?

Besides, just announcing that a new chapter has started without even asking me if it's okay seems even ruder.

I'm sure we can work something out, but in the future, please first go to me before taking over my game.

Yay, happy ending! Isn't this great? :D

Now that I think of it, the game's surely getting popular. It has already spawned speculation, fan fiction, custom userbars... I call dibs on the official action figures!

Now to continue our epic quest. Everybody, don't forget to vote for a floor.

SiaE fanfics? Where?

And to tell the truth, I'm surprised this game became so popular. Mostly because I never really had any idea about the story when I started it, and the first half of the game was spent doing, well, nothing really important.

I support the action figures idea. Maybe we could even have a Model Northbridge Tower - Now with Moving Elevator Technology™©®!

SiaE fanfics? Where?

Well, I thought SF's intro kinda qualified as fan fiction.

AWESOME. Who gets to design the action figures?

That could be a completely different forum game: "What would your action figure have?". Then everyone can go rambling about the features of their own action figure :P

I have a piece of the game's plot, right here in my inbox.

Isn't that AWESMOE*?

*The word AWESMOE is supposed to be in those shaky letters you see in Super Paper Mario.
