Program's going well (ish)
I just found out that I have to put a "Terms of Usage" agreement that details all the rules, else some things might happen then I get sued by Americans (I think)
Here's it so far:
If you are under the age of legal responsibility in your country, please get your parent or guardian to read and accept these rules.
If you are unable to understand any of these rules, please contact Jim Joyce and ask him to explain, or ask someone over the age of legal responsibility.
1.I will not submit any content that:
-Contains, promotes or advocates: Violence, be it against human or animal; Self-harm or mutilation; Suicide; Illegal acts of any kind; Spam; Discrimination; "Extreme" or underage pornography;
-Links to: Harmful, Pornographic, Discriminating, Virus-Ridden, Illegal or otherwise unsuitable Websites.
-Promotes or advocates: The genocide, killing, or destruction of an identifiable individual, race, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender or disability or which promotes inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction.
2.I understand that the staff reserves every right to remove without warning content that breaches these rules.
3.If I should break these rules, I understand that I will be banned, anywhere from 1 week to 499 years.
4.I understand that the administrator's decision is final, and I will accept it without question.
5.I understand that in the event of laws being broken, the administrators WILL notify the authorites, and any resulting legal proceedings will be carried out under the laws of the United Kingdom.
By Proceeding past this page, you hereby accept the aforementioned rules.
The point of this, I believe, is so that if someone in America breaks the rules, but they deny it, the laws of America allow them to sue me. For this reason, I have to outline the rules beforehand. I just copied+pasted most of this stuff from the UAs of websites, so please suggest something I should add/remove/modify before I submit it.
yay...bureaucracy ftw...
EDIT: I just heard that this may not be true, but I better put this in anyway (better safe than sorry)
