Why are people so bad in reading the rules?

and the next person has to sum it up in 5 words or less.

I see alot of sentences having waaaaaay more than 5 words. I'm very sure the idea is to use words that somehow are related to the topic, not sentences or explainations.

wrong: hair can be brushed.

Well, as I understand the rules of this game I'd sum up hair as 'filament strands extruded from skull', not 'brushable'.
Similarly, I'd sum up World War II as 'Germany pwned, Britain America's bitch', not 'long nasty fighting'. But that's just me.
