How do you make the screen flash white?

in the level sputzanza by farik when the screen flashes white at a moment, i was wondering how he did that?

I haven't played the level, but I bet it was by using 2 shifts.

One to shift to a white screen, and immediately on arrival, shift again to the next screen.

If there's no teleport involved, and only a visual effect, then it most likely is a Custom Object.

If you're referring to Station Sputzna, and in particular to the lightning flash in the storm (like in screen x1031y1007), then I have no idea how he did that, since there's no Shift nor Custom Objects I can see in the editor.

Nevermind, it IS a Custom Object (lightninga.png). It wasn't shown in the editor because Object 51 had no marker (unless you have this update pack ).

i agree it is "JAWESOME!" so people wont "steal" c/o's (im not pointing fingers, BIOSHOCK *points*)

C'mon. it doesn't really hide it. It can still be in the CO folder to grabs. and people with all the CO's icons can still see it.
