[Challenge] [Very Hard] Middle of Nowhere (compo entry)

This is my entry to SecretGlitch's competition (http://nifflas.lpchip.nl/index.php?topic=1992.120), where you have to submit a challenge level that cannot be wider than 2 screens. Mine is actually 1 screen wide. There are two endings.

The level is treacherous in many ways. Here are a couple of things that don't spoil much but make your life a bit easier:

Bah. Still kinda luck based. And I'd say the difficulty is closer to very hard.

P.S. You can void in the very beginning by sliding down the wall past the spring.

Eh. I guess I better give up on challenges then; I put a lot of work into these and I guess I just can't make something not luck-based...

P.S. You can void in the very beginning by sliding down the wall past the spring.

What. I can't believe this. Checked this right now... So springs only work with slides if you slide fast on them?! Seriously, giving up on challenges from this very moment. Ridiculous.

Anyway, thanks for playing, and I'll change the difficulty setting to very hard since I trust your KS skills  :)

Eh, my levels usually don't get too much feedback, so... Besides, this is a hard level, and I guess most people enjoy slightly less hard challenges. Also, maybe I alienated some people with the opening blurb on how stuff is treacherous etc.
