Wadf- Help needed

Hi, I'm stuck in this sub-level called Utopica or something, where alternatively red, green, yellow and purple lines are solid. I just passed a guy who told me I would have to use space bar soon. So here I'm stuck, and my question is, is the 4th ball upgrade is enough in this level, and if it is, a hint of what to do.
