Knytt style type level

I'm making a level that is similar to the original Knytt (you crash on an unfamiliar planet and have to collect ship parts). It will use the Knytt Tilesets if I get permission (which I have asked for). In the meantime, here are some previews!
These obviously use the Knytt tilesets so if I don't get permission then they won't be in the finished version.

The Return to planet Knytt! :D

The screenshots look nice. Personally, I'm not a fan of remakes, so it's nice to see you're not simply copying Knytt scenery tile by tile. Good luck with this  :)

The first an third screens are pretty good, but you need to work more on the backgrounds. They are just as important, if not more important than the solid stuff.

What Razzorman said.  You need to spend more effort decorating the screens in general, but the backgronds especially are practically nonexistent.

Great idea. :) Also, this type of level would be considered either Environmental if there's no enemies or Challenge if there are.

But I'll keep an eye on this. :o

Haha, it's nice to see somebody use them; As I stated in the thread, of course you can use them.

I am very grateful to Looki for the Knytt tilesets and other things that made this possible.  :D Here are some more previews. I might add a little more background to them later.

This looks mostly very promising. Some screens are perhaps a little too bare, or a little too symmetrical. But on the whole: nice. :)

Im already working on when juni gose to that planet. Its gonna be the exact replica. This will take a looooong time.  :moody:
