List of BBCode functions?

Regular edit is fine with me, and the edit by is actually pointless to normal users as they can only edit their own posts making it dead obvious that it was edited by them.

Mods usually do use it when they remove a post, but the reply has meaning, so it gets edited in the reply.

But I see no reason to not allow it either.

What exactly is the point of the "reply deleted" tag? Is it just there so it doesn't look like the person is talking about a completely different subject?

I knew about the edit tag, but I assumed that it was mod-only since I had only seen mods use it.

Yeah, that's basically it.

There was a moment when a lot of off-topic was posted in a topic, and there were semi-off topic/on-topic replies in it.

I then created the:



I edited the posts that reactions were based upon posts that were now deleted and made it so that it still looks ok.

So basically I use it in situations that I want to delete posts, but where I want to keep some of the replies.

added KS-editing FAQ ([ksfaq]) to the forum and the list. :)
