First, you'll need to make sure it's not a copyrighted image.  Then, save it to your computer.  Using GIMP, go to File > Open as Layers, then use the layers to make a spritesheet.

Bluh bluh. I have this thing now.

How do you make a sprite sheet?

So now each layer of the image should represent one frame.  You can copy a frame by selecting the appropriate layer, doing a Select All and Copy.

The way I'd make a spritesheet is by making a new, really big blank image and one by one copy & paste each frame of the animation into it.  When using GIMP, it would help to set the grid in your spritesheet to match the size of your animation; that will make it a lot easier to line up.

As long as the tiles are laid out in a grid and arranged in a reading order, the game should recognize it.  So the spritesheet can even be all 1 row.

There's 110011 kinds of people in the world. Those who understand binary, Those who don't, and those who confuse it with ASCII.

The only way to fix that is to make it bigger. But, if it's for a pseudo-cutscene, you could always make a CO of Juni, about that size.
A God, a Messiah, an Angel, a King, a Prince, and an All Terrain Vehicle.
