Transparency fail FFFFUUUUUUUUU...

I'm trying to make a CO transparent and it ain't working. I think I'm close, though. In the file itself and in the editor with the show custom objects" thing checked (I'm using a mod), it is, but, when I test the game, it shows up magenta. HALP.

Pure black or real transparency will fix it, I'd think.

Black turns it white. :/ And I dunno how to do "real" transparency on GraphicsGale.
Edit: Okay, WAT THA FAK. I got it. I had to turn layer transparency off and frame transparency to pure black and make the background pure black.

Black transparency only works with 8bit colors (256 different colors) 24 bit colors require real transparency

I think I found out my problem. I think it was just the KS mod. :/
