Snowing Effect

I saw really nice effect in Grass Umbra (in kill-down screens) and I would to make snowing effect from it. I had opend "Screen Settings" in editor, but I could not understand it.
Is possible to make it? Could somebody help me?

Open the planet using the editor.

Open up Objects.ini for the planet.
Go down to the part for particles:


Now, open a room in the editor.
Click "Screen Settings"

You will see something like this:

I have not really messed with this stuff myself.
But I think that is how you do it.

then you copy that into your screen settings and change the valuse as nessacery, see this post

Take the snowflakes particles is skeei (Its that his name?) as a example.

Yay, I didn't read this post. Is it possibe to copy them only? I can change the pictures. I hope that we can use the codes, when we can't use graphic...
