Yes, it is.

It takes a bit of figuring out before you can beat it. Do note, that you don't need to beat it, and its only a few screens big (5 or 6 or so). The reward for beating it, is a bit of help on another puzzle.

3 is perfectly acceptable too XD. I thought it was something like 3 too, but then I thought.. 3 is really very little. Probably 5 or 6 :P

First time I did it I didn't look at the other half of the screen at all, and didn't realise there was a mirror image thing going on, I just did it by trial and error, working out where things were! X)

And keep in mind that the third screen has no challenges at all, just the (admittedly worthless) hint.
