Christmas theme installed!

Since its almost Christmas, I've decided to install a Christmas theme.

For those of you who are using the board's default theme, they'll see the theme already. For everyone else, use the combobox on the bottom of the page to switch to the Christmas theme to see it.

If you don't like the theme and want to switch back, you can always change the theme using your profile settings. I'll see if I can get that combobox to be displayed on this theme as well.

But, Woah! It's really neat!  

I've now also added a box on the very bottom of the Christmas theme to change the theme on the fly. You no longer need to go to your profile page to change the Christmas theme to another one anymore. The reason for this is, that this theme is missing some of the buttons, and I don't have the time to add all these. But since you can switch to any of the other themes, you can easily get them back.

I was just back checking up on my account and wow, very nice touch LPChip. Once again you've done good.
