Has this been sent for approval yet?

Yep. Saira has been released. Now, my only question is why nightsky hasn't. I know that a wiiware release could take longer (you know, with nintendo) but I just want to know if it has been sent for approval. I know that Cave story has, and got rejected but since this IS the nifflas forum, I think that you could be nice enough to tell us.

Well, there's a playable thing of it at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image just now, so it must be near completion.

Again, I'm the game designer and director of NightSky, but not a spokesman of Nicalis. I've been asked many times to reveal stuff like this and my answer is again that I'm the wrong person to do that.

I think Nicalis are a bit fed up with their fanbase at the moment, what with all the Cave Story whining.
Not sure they'd reply, let's just hope they both get accepted. Especially Night Game, and I doubt it'll be rejected since Nifflas' games don't usually have a lot of bugs in.

Do note, that Nifflas isn't programming NightSky either. Tyrone is. Nifflas only designed it. But I really hope too that NightSky comes out for the Wii, even while I don't have a Wii.

I think the whining is kind of justified since Cave Story was originally announced to be coming out for Christmas 2008 and then strongly implied to be coming out in April 2009 and whenever else, and Nicalis hasn't made a straightforward apology for the repeated buildups and disappointments.

Also: Night Game was like originally supposed to have come out in September 2009.

Especially Night Game, and I doubt it'll be rejected since Nifflas' games don't usually have a lot of bugs in.

I was under the impression that Nicalis had a team of programmers and Tyrone was merely the head/spokesman of the company.

Ah well, I had it all wrong.
Although you don't submit beta's to Nintendo for the final check, so naturally all the testing should be out of the way.

All kidding aside, Nicalis does seem to have an extreme inclination against releasing actual information about Night Game (I'm going to keep calling it that for eternity, by the way).

I actually e-mailed nicalis about this 2 months ago but no reply.
