I made a map like that on my walkthrough, so I was constantly looking at it. Then, when I saw it for the second time I said, "Hey! That looks awefully familiar." :P

I think that has been addressed before. those numbers aren't used anywhere, they were there when Nifflas took the photo. So they're original blurb.
