Granted. You now work a side job as a volunteer stunt-motorcyclist-through-flaming-hoops-over-shark-infested-pools-and-the-sharks-are-feeling-crabby-because-this-is-their-unfulfilling-day-job.

I'm tired of carrying an umbrella. I wish it never rained again.

Granted. Plus, due to some extremely conscientious work by the wish-granter, alternative natural processes are developed to replace rain, meaning its cessation doesn't have apocalyptic consequences for all life. Unfortunately as it no longer rains, Juni no longer needs an umbrella either and discards it, rendering most KS levels unplayable.
Spoiler: (click to show/hide)

I wish I could figure out how spoiler tags worked.
Edit: ok, looks like they work out-of-the-box even if the preview doesn't render them as working. i'm not changing my wish though - at time of posting it was legitimate.

Granted, but you have to sign an NDA to learn their trade secrets. Which you do. Then you look closer at the fine print and realize you've surrendered your pancreas.

I wish the level in This Level is Unfinished was finished. Like, beyond being unfinished.

Granted. Nifflas finishes it, and it's awesome! But he only shares it with me, and I'm feeling grumpy about you corrupting my last wish, so I keep out to myself.

I wish Dungeons and Dragons wasn't completely unbalanced.

Granded. Now it's almost exactly 50 % dungeons and 50 % dragons. I have no idea what would that mean for gameplay but it's much worse now, that's for sure.

I wish my fingernails would be at my preferred lenght all the time.

Granted but now your toenails never will be.

I wish I didn't have a headache.

Granted. At first you feel strong pressure in your head and the headache is getting worse. But when you think it can't get worse your head explodes and you are finally free from headache forever.

I wish for a new pair of winter shoes that would fit me, be waterproof, would look nice and would last me at least 10 years in good condition.

Granted, but due to a flaw in how they were manufactured, they are slightly uncomfortable.

I wish work hadn't been so stressful today.

Granted. It was stressful 3 days ago instead, causing a time paradox. (Because every alteration of the timeline results in a time paradox.)

I wish someone made this level that Talps hypothesized in page 173.

Granted. You made the level yourself instead of all those great levels you were planning to do and it sucks exactly as it's described in original wish corruption.

I wish I had time and motivation to furnish my bedroom exactly as I plan to.

Granted: you have the time. You have the motivation. You have no money.

I wish for this film to be half as good* as the book it's based on.

Granted. The film heroically saves 10 people from a burning building, thus firmly establishing it as on the side of good. Actually watching it sucks, though.

I wish there were a sequel to every film. Including obscure art films.

Granted. Because the sequels also must have their sequels and those sequels also must have sequels and so on, soon every resource on this planet goes into making these sequels, they are being filmed everywhere and everyone works on them, society as we know it gradually succumbs to so called sequelocalypse.

I wish someone come up with more ideas about how would sequelocalypse change the mankind.

Granted. A wise person sees exactly how this will end with society going down in flames and writes an exhaustive book detailing how devastating the sequelpocalypse will be and how we can avert it. Unfortunately, nobody cares about the book until it gets a film adaptation, and then it receives middling reviews because there's no sequel.

I wish there were a prequel to every film. Still including obscure art films.
