Corrupt-a-Wish

Yeah, you wish...


I wish I had all the time in the world.

Granted, but alas, thou learneth that immortality is a fate worse than death.

I wish to have my own villain hideout, complete with kaizo traps and more, and a convenient teleport in my shoes that'll warp me to my room and out on whim.  (I apologize for the gargantuan wish)

Granted. The base also has a bomb that will destroy the whole place if you go into it. Oh, and those teleporting shoes will only teleport you an inch out of the room (going out), and onto the bomb (going in).

I wish that wishes would be able to wish for wishes that weren't corrupted.

Granted, they just don't work for you. But anyone else gets corrupt-free wishes.


I wish I had more energy.

Granted, but this energy doesn't work for anything but to look weird.

I wish that I had more energy that worked for anything I wanted.

Granted. The energy is so much that its a pure overkill. Anything you attempt gets destroyed by this very same energy.

I wish I had more energy, but not so much that its overkill.

Granted, you receive a pack of six brand-new Energizer batteries.

I wish I could read minds!

Granted. You can now read books. Finishing this course is rewarded with the book "Minds".

I Wish it wasn't so cold outside.

Granted, but to one's dismay, it's so hot, it's raining LAVA.  Oh crap...

I wish I could write a GOOD fanfic and not get writer's block or suffer a mary sue or any other typical fanfic pitfall!  (Curse my trips to TvTropes!)

Granted. But in order to do this, you'll need to bring your laptop on holiday. There you are able to write the entire story and its one hell of a story. Unfortunately when you go home, your laptop has been stolen, and you've lost that one great story. At home, you try again, but you fail.


I wish I could program good games in C++

Granted, but you lose the ability to program using C++.

I wish that I'd never misspell a word again.

Granted. From now on, you can't read or write at all.


I wish I had lots of money.

Granted, but it's Monopoly money.
Hm... a corrupted way that's original...
Granted, but they're covered in a type of acid that would destroy any living matieral that touches it. They also burn through gloves.

I wish that I had a vial of poison that Romeo used in Romeo and Juliet.
