Community Tileset #1
« on: November 24, 2009, 23:22:05 »
I was thinking it's time we bring this back from the old forum. There's no longer a public tilesets board, and I think this better fits the forum than knyttlevels, so..

Ok. The way it works is that first one person posts a nearly empty tileset. Then, everyone else adds on to or changes the last posted update. An addition may be skipped over or removed only if it is in mutal agreement that it is bad. Anyway, do you think we should continue the old community tileset or start a new one?

You should continue.

Always finish what you start :)

The last one to get anywhere was the one I started.  It's not great, though.

Guys?  Remember the edit counter!

Added obligatory cave/background tiles, including one with a hole in it.

FINNALY had time to do something! :)
Not much time though

added 2 flower ground tiles

Sorry but that tree looks completely out of the style that the rest of the tileset is in

It's not "out of the style" so much as it is just plain poorly drawn.

Trees are easy to draw, but trees that don't look like crap are not easy to draw at all.

Yes they are, but no one seems to know how to do it.
