About the art style in Saira

Some very excellent work, which seems to simply vibrate with true love of art. I am in awe, really, this stuff is simply amazing.

Myself, I like being called Charlotte or rather Lotta when talked/written to,
but I will always present my work as made by Beomene.
I alternate between calling Nifflas Nicklas or Nifflas when I see him in person,
but he doesn't seem to mind either way.
Hm. Never given that much thought.


Back on track-
Yes, I feel I would be proud to make a CD-cover for the kind of music you are able to make, D Fast.
I have not made CD-covers before, so please feel free to be very specific about what proportions you want your graphics done in. Ofcourse I'll do some research myself, must be a tutorial with the exact measurements somewhere...

I feel right now its more important that I try to produce a lot and get the hang of things,
rather than, eh, being expensive.

Perhaps there is some way we could make a small book, you know those that fit within the cd that usually have lyrics in them? A picture for each track?
I always need music when I draw.

When I draw for Nifflas, I listen to tracks from Saira (of course). I chose a single track and put it on repeat for hours on end, and I've realized my brain distressingly enough never gets tired of the same tune. (well... as long as its a stimulating melody)

So, I guess I could listen to your music while drawing,
send the image back and forth so that you can help me with instructions so that you feel the image is just what you want.

Buuut, ofcourse, not before the 12/12!

Usually I upload a video of what I've drawn right after I finish drawing,
but now that I draw not for myself but for Nifflas,
I don't feel I can expose everything just yet.
Will ask him tomorrow (in about nine hours) if I should start posting at least the beginning of my drawings,
I mean,
that should be ok. Perhaps.
And when I don't post drawideos (eh?) I try to compensate by talking.

I am really just... tired and really bothered by everthing as well as nothing in particular.
No, it's not that time of the month, it's not that easy to explain.

I would appreciate some help with chosing which sketches to finish.
I can't really post things that are almost finished, which I think is really too bad...
But I mean, the really rough drafts should be ok to show,
so I'm thinking perhaps
you can tell me which you think are the best ideas?


I've tried all kinds of things to pick me out of the stupor,
but neither excericse, icecream or the good old slap in the face (and mandatory "SHAPE UP!" shriek) is cutting it for me.

I think I know what it is that is bothering me,
and I'm sure I'll be out of it before the weekend is over,
yes, hopefully back on track by then.

On my side, the only thing I can do is to tell you what are the feelings that your sketches transmit me. Maybe from my feelings and perspectives (and from the feelings and perspectives of others) you can get some inspiration to survive your block. Or maybe not, you just may need to step out of Saira a bit to see her from the outside, not to see her from the inside.

Your choice, we are here to help   . Just tell us (if you want) where are those sketches.
