I'm in Shadowland and I just noticed

Of course, I wasn't watching until it was far too late. Now I can't get him to appear again. How do I get him back?

unfortunately, you have to restart the level to get it back (press escape and get back to it again)

But, to just beat the game, you don't need it. I recommend beating the game first, then going back to find it.
