Is this dead? Just one round. Well, I guess it's to be expected.
Eek, I forgot about this thing. I think I'll call a new round, since Dandelion hasn't been on since May. This round, create a level that revolves around
Contrast. This should be interpreted as duality, black vs. white, etc., and can be represented however you please, as long as it's noticable. The level should be, ideally, at least 10 screens long. The level can be of any category and difficulty. All levels will be due by...let's say
February 10th, 2010.
To review:
A 10+ screen level of any category and difficulty with the theme of contrast. Due 2/10/10.
Note: I may extend this, depending on how far everyone can get on the level. I'd also prefer it if people who planned on making a level signed up here. I'll need judges, too, in case that catches your fancy.
Can you re-use COs from a previous (non-)entry
Yes.
What about a cutscene, such as that of the regular ending of The Machine?
Yes, but there should be a win tile at the end. The point of that rule is to signal a precise moment when the game ends. If you want a cutscene like The Machine's, you can remove all scenes from your ending cutscene folder (but leave the folder there) and then make the win tile lead to that cutscene. It will end the level without making a classic-style cutscene.
